1. Processing and Delivery Time

    Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days in Cairo and Giza, and 3–7 business days to other governorates.

    Delays

    In the event of any delay beyond our control, the customer will be contacted directly.


    Order Tracking

    The customer receives a tracking number for the shipment to follow the status of the order.


    Shipping Fees

    Shipping fees are calculated based on the governorate and area you select in the delivery address, and will appear to you in the order summary before confirming it.
